🔍 Summary

July was largely focused on preparing User Macro for Confluence Cloud migration from Connect to Forge. Alongside this groundwork, improvements were made for Jira Assets support, while several bugs were fixed to improve reliability and embedded documentation consistency.

✨ New Features & Enhancements

• Preliminary Support for Jira Assets
  Added base-level support for Jira Assets within User Macro. While early, this enables experimentation with Assets-powered macros and corrects several previously broken behaviors in embedded documentation.

🛠 Bug Fixes & Improvements

• Forge Migration: NumberFormatException on Macro Rendering
  Fixed a medium-priority bug where rendering Forge macros would throw NumberFormatException during parameter parsing. Migration work is now more stable and macros render without runtime crashes.

• Fixed: Embedded Documentation Links
  Resolved an issue where OpenAPI documentation links (e.g., "Get issue worklogs") pointed to malformed URLs inside the app. Links now reliably open the original external target in a new tab.
